[PHP-WEBMASTER] Subscribe Function Seems to be down for several days

I've been trying for several days to subscribe to a PHP mailing list, 
but I keep getting the message "We were unable to subscribe you due to 
some technical problems. Please try again later."

Is there any way to fix this?
