hi,

I remember debugging this (mailing list subscription not working on
http://php.net/mailing-lists.php) and AFAIR I've debugged it back to the
our mailing infrastructure changes (I think the ecelerity -> postfix
migration) but couldn't solve it back then and then forgot about it.
I can look into this if nobody else beats me to it, but CC'ed Sascha as he
is probably the best person if this is indeed the problem.
