err, this is obviously a wrong day today... I need to set up 
the cs directory. but after the following attempt I get a 
usage message from cvs import.

E:\__phpdoc__\phpdoc>cvs im -m"The very beginning of Czech docs" cs

what's wrong with that? the options are exactly as per 
instructions Zak gave me last night.
