[PHP-DOC] New Language

I have sent a previous message to this list about new Translation into
Arabic Language but did not get any reply.
I would like to start a team to translate this manual into arabic. Who could
help me and how is the structure of this Book.
If there is any coordinator for the Arabic Language let me know.Thanks for
any help.
