No problem, translating the PHP-doc shouldn't be one's profession. So didn't
mean "bad guys", but to provide an orientation for newbies :)

As I've said: No "bad guy", and no shame. With "ready till V.x.y" everybody can
see that it's free to work on (or to check the "current" it is, and nobody has
to check the whole file, but only the last changes:).
One prob. is only a "in progress" where since Jan. 2000 no translation was done
and 99% are still in English (like array.xml), and the REAL prob. is when there
is "in progress", but no hint about the time (like pcre.xml -> Maybe we should
add a "check-in"-column?).
