These files are all in CVS, in the phpweb module. So if you have CVS
access, you can commit them. You can always ask somebody else to commit
them of course, I'd be happy to do that.

I think that if the .chm manual is updated, most languages should be
updated, otherwise one of the less requested languages will possibly never
be updated. I can update them all once a month or so, as it costs lost of
time. It's a pity that these is no help compiler for Unix, as this would
certainly made building them automatically much easier, just like the
building of the html files out of the xsl source. (Which I now run
automated).

I've never had any problems downloading them with Netscape.
