The PHP documentation have been only published under the GPL license.
For a change I don't need all contributors, I need only the editors and
authors and a good lawyer :)

I was invited to that meeting, but half an hour before the meeting
someone told me that this is a closed meeting I wasn't invited. Since I
haven't read nothing in a newspaper or a journal, Derick means obviously
the source code license. The PHP documentation is independent from the
PHP license.
