So the answer is the HTML files are generated. Then that __warning__
wont stop the generation, and even it will add a TOC depth of two,
which is IMHO much better than the current TOC depth of 1 on the
frontpage, and no TOC, on subpages. So this was only a cosmetic
fix, you asked for. And it is done.
