Then remove mysql_db_query and add this function name to the list
"see also" for the replaced functions. I think version 4.0.4 is used
by many peoples, and deprecated doesn´t mean, that this function was
removed in 4.0.6. It is only an alias. BTW the mysql functions have
been documented six years ago and the examples should work in
version 4.1.0.
