[PHP-DOC] manual.sed

Hey, 

So in the sgml variables comment in the .xml files, we have a non existent file:

sgml-default-dtd-file:"../../manual.ced"

Can anyone shed any light on this? I can't locate it, so i'm wondering what that line 
might need to be replaced too.
