I just downloaded php_manual_en.pdf.bz2, decompressed it and viewed it. It stops on page 1727 (which is actually the 1796th page of the document). This is the first page of "Chapter 46: Database issues". All the appendicies, etc after that are missing.
Has this been run across before, what am I doing wrong here? -- Cameron
