The Chinese Translation of Manual haven't been built for weeks and there's
even no built log, but there seemed no problem when we run 'make test'
locally. However, we found the following:

If you type:
http://www.php.net/manual/zh
as the URL of Browser, you will get:

Sorry, no documents matched your search for "manual/en/zh".

There is a 'en'!?

If you type:
http://www.php.net/manual/zh/ (there is a '/' at the end if URL)
you weill get:

Sorry, no documents matched your search for "manual/zh/".

Is there any relationship between the problem and this?
