I'm not sure what to say except that I see no build.log
as the following doesn't exist either:

  http://www.php.net/zh/blog

But this does:

  http://www.php.net/en/blog

It exists for most languages.  One day here all these
build issues will be solved.  For example /en/ was 
last built on Nov 20.
