Scanning for <ulink url> patterns should be possible, extracting and collecting them in a general list, which goes into an appendix (ore somewhere else?). Looks like: <title>External libs</titel> <table> Library Download required by extension Bzip2: url link to bzip2 Curl: url link to Curl .... Attention should be payed to some common ones like zlib. This is IMHO not a must have feature, but nice to have a central overview.
