Done, can be found in RFC/xml_validation. Makefile.in and configure.in are changend to detect xmllint and with an additional make target test_xml, which could be used to detect wrong entities after the configure process. scripts/test_missing-entities.php.in is a starting point to create missing-entities and missing.ids.xml with xmllint.
