Hi Do not translate these two files; the C api documentation should be maintained only in english.
When translating, I also see at the French and Spanish translation and what I remarked that these files are translated into French. So I would like to know what it should be maintained only in English. Also, please do not crosspost to the entire PHP world; the phpdoc list is sufficient for documentation matters.
