When translating, I also see at the French and Spanish translation and what I remarked that these files are translated into French. So I would like to know what it should be maintained only in English.
Only translate userspace documentation, which means docs for regular PHP users, not those docs for developers *of* PHP.
What about the other questions?
They seemed to be connected to the same files as far as I have seen. As the authors request was: not to translate it, as long as the questions are regarding the streams development section, the answer is not to translate it...
