I've checked global.ent and url.opl is dead. In google's cache its said:

Now somebody as too remove all references to this url.

Said that the site has been closed. I thought that the guy takes the responsibitly to host the site for a reasonable amount of time (forever :). Now we need a full copy of the text of the license we have for the maunal, so we can integrate it into the manual XML text. It is not sufficient to remove the references to the opencontent site unless we include the content in the manual we refered to. This is important legal stuff...
