Gabor, it's really hard to build an environment under windows.. and my PC is quite new and i failed to install linux twice..
Xiaoyu, it is not hard. Read the howto. Quite a few people do use the phpdoc system on windows. I wonder how come do you expect instant reactions, while you are refusing to set up the required environment for the translation.
