I'm wondering if anyone is working on a Norwegian translation of the PHP
Manual? I only see a reference to a username "mork" in
phpdoc/contact.txt which was added over 3 years ago.
Does not seem to have a CVS module yet:

The Norwegian PHP User Group (http://php.no) would like to (re)start the
translation process for "phpdoc-no" and setup a translation team the the
Norwegian translation. I've just read through the documentation howto
and it would be nice if we could get a mailinglist for "no" as well.
With this I request a CVS account so I can setup the project.
