Nope. There is no, and has never been, a Norwegian translation group.
The Norwegian PHP User Group (http://php.no) would like to (re)start the
translation process for "phpdoc-no" and setup a translation team the the
Norwegian translation. I've just read through the documentation howto
and it would be nice if we could get a mailinglist for "no" as well.
With this I request a CVS account so I can setup the project.
We have way to many (read: all except Japanese and French) outdated
translations that noone seems to care about. So, my personal opinion
is not to create maillinglist/module/spread karma until
"proof-of-willingness" to do the job is shown, i.e. having 30% of the
manual translated...
