Hi, I heard that PO files conversion process was going to be finished until last month, so currently php-doc translators (at least Japanese team) is now putting a hold on committing new translations.

Of course, I thank Philip and others for working on it deeply, but the more commits translators holds on, more and more translation will be outdated, so it is better for them not to hold on new commits for a long time, I think. If po conversion process will take a long time, so we should have extra time to wait for accuracy for po4a or other alternative tools, as Masahiro said. P.S I also agree with PO conversion.
