This problem seems to exist because we pull in non-ssl content from external sources (via cachefly.net) so the IE popup asks if it's okay to mix the two. Not allowing it causes the editor to just hang, because it then can't find extjs. We'll probably start serving extjs locally again unless someone finds a more preferred solution to this problem.
