We are formulating a team to translate PHP manual into Arabic language, so I need SVN account to get required access to contribute and perform this task.
On the other hand, is there a PDF version or one HTML page (ready to print) of "PHP Documentation HOWTO" (i.e. http://doc.php.net/php/en/dochowto/)?
