Hi, guys!

I've got great news for you. Recently I submitted request for PhpStorm
open source license for PHP Documentation Project and today has come
positive answer. It means that any member of our project can use
PhpStorm and get free upgrades during 1 year.
If you're not familiar with PhpStorm you definitely should give it a
look. I used Zend Studio for quite some time and can honestly say that
PhpStorm is much better it. It's very comfortable to do
php/html/css/xml coding in there and it really fast. It's available
for all 3 major platforms (win, linux, mac), you can download it here:
http://www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/
Some words about license: it doesn't restrict users quantity, it's
permanent (i.e. you can use it forever if you don't upgrade). The only
restriction is upgrade period, i.e. you can upgrade only during 1
year, after that you should renew the license.
End period of this license is July 6, 2012.

Should I give it to more authoritative people (Philip, Hannes?) so
people would know where to ask?
