(c) License Limitations for Open Source Development:

"(i) if Licensee has been granted a Software license for open source
development, the purpose of use of the Software shall be restricted
solely to development of non-commercial open source projects that meet
the Open Source Definition at http://www.opensource.org/docs/osd. Any
commercial use of a Software license for open source development is
expressly prohibited;"

Ok. So you can use it for other OSS (even projects that offer paid
support, which was expressly forbidden in getting the initial
license).
You can however not use it for any commercial use.
