Thanks for your really fast answer :)
I've added me into the phpdoc mailing list.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find, where I have to add my address, to join the
German translator list.

I logged in over the web, using my Google Account.
Is it right, if I'm just going to start translating an untranslated page?
Can I save after editing?
