Details:
If users and groups are stored in LDAP.
When removing a user from admin it won't remove the user from its groups by
clearing the memberUIDs in those groups.
delete_account4Group should be called from every groups the user belongs to
in delete() in class.accounts_ldap.inc.php, IMHO.
