There are none that I know of.  In the pilot-link directory in
libsock/pilot-file.c everything you need to know about the pdb file is
there in the comments at the top of the file.  All pdb files are the
same format.  The record format for todos is in include/pi-todo.h.  I
have another file that describes the pdb format, but its not much better
than the comments in pilot-file.c.  I don't want to fill up everyones
mail box with it.

Not enough time to work on my own project right now ;)  My paying job is
getting in the way!  I'm dying...no time..for....linux....ech..garg.

I have a program that I wrote called dump_todo.c that takes a ToDoDB.pdb
and dumps it out as text.  I think this is what you are loooking for. 
Also, I believe pilot-file might be of some use, but I didn't know this
when I wrote mine.
