All right, I love the camera, am dying over the conduit (Fortunately I keep 
a 98 partition handy for when my Diablo II addiction needs a fix., so I'm not 
utterly screwed ;-)  Have done some of the initial legwork of mapping out the 
pdb, can whip the thumbnail out into a different format and such.  Problem is 
that I'm cataclysmically ignorant of the finer points of encoding an image.  
(The 160x120 thumbnail is trivial - one byte per pixel.  The rest of the 
gobbeldygook, however...)
  Pointers?  There's been some interest in this one over the past number of 
months, anyone care to throw a few cents' worth in?
