I'll take a look. Significant changes have happened in the 0.10.1
codebase, and this should probably be fixed before I roll out a release.
pilot-xfer itself has been given a lot better error reporting than
previously (thanks to Peter DeSilva)
Can you give me a test case so I can replicate? (Directly is fine if
it's not important to the list)
