I am new to the group, but I will give a try. You may want to make the cameras to use 5x7 sheets of RC enlarging paper as both film and print material. RC does not need a long washing period, and will air dry pretty well. The dark room needed would be very minimal. You could even construct a darkroom in your classroom using a couple of big refrigerator boxes and black gaffer's tape. You would only need a shelf and three trays in the darkroom. I have even seen drawings of someone who made a portable darkroom out of a big box with two carrying poles like a sedan chair!
