Hi: Try using a black ABS pipe - you might get away without painting it.
If you need to paint you could also try making a paint brush with a 10' handle. You could try getting a piece of 10'' 1/2 tubing and stick a sponge or something on the end of it. Use the sponge like a paint brush, put paint on it, or in the tube or both. Can paint from either end of the tube with this Or get a little fan and put it at the end of the tube so it draws air through the tube and then get a spray can and see if the fan will draw the paint through the tube Or use smaller pieces of black ABS paint them and use coupling connectors - threaded ones might work best. FYI if you have Renner's Pinhole Photography book there is a picture on page 125 of Jim Jones with a 20 foot pinhole camera made with a tube and the accompaning image of a solar eclipse made with the camera. > > do i have to paint the inside of the pinhole camera black? i am going to > use a 20 foot tube and i dont know if i can get to all of it inside. i > bet i lose image if i dont. maybe i should be writing to nailhole > discussion... the f stop is going to be insane. > > thanks for any help offered. > > > _______________________________________________ > Post to the list as PLAIN TEXT only - no HTML > Pinhole-Discussion mailing list > Pinhole-Discussion@p at ??????? > unsubscribe or change your account at > http://www.???????/discussion/ > --------------------------------------------------------- Gordon J.
