First thing you need to do is to measure the physical distance from the film gate in the camera to the body cap, so you know the true focal length you'll be working with. Then you'd need to apply one of the various pinhole aperture formulae to figure out the diameter pinhole you need. You also might try adding the length of the various extension tubes, to see what "focal lengths" (superwide, wide, normal, long) you have to work with for your different shots. Just like a regular movie.
