Hi All! This is the lurker Lisa. I'm needing a
little push I guess to get my hiney in gear to look
for a new Endo.

I found one that I really liked, he was a jerk and
wouldn't listen to any of my symptoms or complaints
but we had a relationship. Isn't that silly... it is
like staying in an abusive relationship to avoid
having to find a new mate!

Well, he was my endo when I first found out about my
prolactinoma and was also an OB/GYN so when I got
pregnant with Jacob (3 weeks after him telling me I
couldn't) he delivered Jacob and did my 6 week follow
up visit... then, up and left the practice and moved
across the state! So I found a new Endo at USF here
in Tampa and he was ok, but one of the type "what do
you think we should do?" and totally left it up to me
to decide. That was too much control for me.

Now, I"m faced with looking for another Endo and would
like to find one that is also an OB/GYN because I need
to do that too and get BC pills refilled etc.

For some reason, I keep putting it off.. Sometimes
I think I try to bury my head in the sand about the
tumor and try to just scan the posts from everyone to
'stay in the loop' so to speak.

Just wanted to say Thanks for the inspiration from
everyone that is so dang Fired up all the time here!

Lisa
