I am so sorry to hear that you have had all of these new problems come up!
 
With dopamine agonists, you can feel more fatiqued, but if the symptoms are severe, you can ask your doctor to reduce your dosage to see if that helps.
 
 I haven't heard of dopamine agonsists lowering the immune response before.. hmmm... wonder what the literature says?
