If you are allergic to the generic, then your insurance company may need to 
cover the presription "as written". You could call your insurer to review your 
benefits. Talk with your endo too. I think it is a great idea to go to the FDA 
site.   A steriod nasal spray is probably fine for a short while, but it is 
true, that it could affect your  hormonal testing, and over long periods of 
time, could be behind cushings-like symptoms.   Minnie
