I had unsuccessful surgery 10 years ago and no treatment until reciently. I was coping with most of the effects but I got to the point that I was having trouble staying awake at work, so went back to the endo, I am having lots of tests. He started me on 20mg Sandostatin LAR. It has helped a lot with my tiredness, joint pain, my hands tounge etc have all reduced in size which is great. I am however suffering from memory loss, I cant seem to control my emotions and my sex drive has almost dissapeared, are these symptoms side effects of the medication?
