In my small / free time projects i use (or i have used over time) many Applications (when possible Open Source, and now many are done in Java or they are multi-platform), from analysis to graphic design, etc ... For High-level Analysis i use FreeMind: http://freemind.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page For Code Diagrams, relations, etc i use ArgoUML: http://argouml.tigris.org/ For Graphics: Inkscape, Blender, and many others ...
