Hi Sally,

I think we would prefer to wait until after the first of the year, if that is 
OK - we are also planning a site relaunch and new release to coincide with the 
graduation, and we would like them to be ready when the press release is issued.

I will try to put together a draft of the press release sometime over the next 
couple of days, using the examples you sent as a guide.
