Notice the mail.none. I also checked /etc/rsyslog.conf, which doesn't
seem to have anything.

Sure, but I was asking what commands in *particular*, in
cyrus_2.3.16-hmh are a problem, and what man pages are missing. The 3
ctl_ commands get used in a lot of places, so would be a pain to change
(also think of people trying to follow online documentation), and
everything else seems to be prefixed with "cyr".
