I'm fine with this suggestion; but I do think this logic is suspect, or
at least incomplete: if we're going to list out the actions, then we've
exposed them...

Actions are also already exposed in list (-t action_type) and in a
number of places in the man page.

If we want to come up with a way to lessen the user visibility of
actions, there is probably additional work needed.

That's fine with me, I'll take a whack at it, see how it feels, and then
return with either a new proposal or a code review.  Hopefully within
a week from today.
