Not only that, we don't want one person's automated build system signing packages built from just anyone else's source code. (This isn't to say that FOSS in the OpenSolaris repository shouldn't be signed by, say, Sun, rather, that stuff in /contrib shouldn't be signed by Sun even though Sun could build all of it from contributed source.)
