Ok-- setting load balancing aside, I'm not sure why I'd want to
subscribe my browser or feed reader to a feed served by a mirror?  In my
mind, mirrors come and go over time.

If performance/bandwidth/feature set were to become an issue, then we
could use feedburner (http://www.feedburner.com) or some such
to improve things.
