Hello,
I would like to ask for an opinion.

I am helping Conny to put automated tests all together for the Package Manager. Those tests requires three things:

1 Accessibility to be turned on
2 gettext (this is available through the package SUNWgnu-gettext)
3 GNU/Linux Desktop (GUI Application) Testing Project (GNU LDTP)[0] installed. This is project under LGPL license.

I was looking at the pending/contrib/release/dev/extra repositories and we don't currently ship LDTP. Here comes my question, how/from where this should be delivered. It will be used for automated tests, so developers should have it installed.
I can think of few possibilities:
- IMHO the natural place is to include this as a part of the pkg(5) gate and do not install this package by default.

- Another possibility is to add script which will check if the Accessibility is turned on and if the LDTP packages are available and simply print some instruction how to install this manually and offer an option to install this automatically using svr4 packages for Solaris from the LDTP project page.

- Yet another possibility is to put this package in one of the repositories, but I am not sure if this is the best solution.

Please let me know which option is the best for us.
