"Development/Other Languages". Or are you suggesting we
should call the new subcategory "Other" rather than "Tools"?
Lots of things in the other subcats could also be considered 'tools'
right?
Yes, there would definitely be a bit of juggling that should happen
if we introduction a "Tools" subcategory.
