Tere's no good place in Rich's current hierarchy to put it. The best,
quite frankly, seems to be in text/. It's not really an "office"
application, not least because it doesn't let you edit anything (though

Ultimately, it's more like, say, xdvi, which probably would go under text,
along with other TeX tools, so "text/acroread". I'd say "doc/acroread",
except that "doc" really implies the documentation itself, rather than
documentation tools and viewers.

In the same vein, I guess I'd go with "System/Text Tools", but I'm not
really happier with that.
Freedesktop.org's classification implies that they'd put it in
Office/Viewer. Ubuntu puts it in "Apps/Viewers"
How do people want the various language packages named?
Until we get facets, "<package name>/locale/<locale name>".
