Hi Petr,
it looks like your IPS repository is not running at the specified port.
Check that an instance of /usr/lib/pkg.depotd is running and which port
it uses (and try to open it in a browser).
From your SFEwesnoth_ips.sh it defaults to http://localhost:80, so
maybe set the PKGBUILD_IPS_SERVER environment variable to correct value.
