Thank you. The webrev looks good to me.
Regarding the minor issues, please file bug later or also I
can file it. The "truncated slightly" ones are usually i18n
issue, unless too long translation is used.

In the webrev I've done deletion of unused (not needed at
runtime) XML files from each help directory and I applied
the deletion to C locale directory too.
If I should move deletion from C locale outside of
this webrev I'll do so.
PCT is being done in parallel in G11N until early next
week so slight change in .po files may happen (within
same integration by revising webrev or having
another integration to same build).
