Hi - as part of the Search Browse rework, I need to remove the Show
filter and put in a View -> Selected toggle menu. The other filter
functionality can be accomplished by clicking on the appropriate header
in the List view to sort by Status making it easy to see installed/
uninstalled packages.

The behavior is now that if you select View -> Selected, it shows you
the selected packages for that Publisher. If you then click on View ->
Selected again, click on a category, change sections, do a search,
switch to Search All or change to another Publisher the View -> Selected
is toggled back to being unset and all packages are shown as appropriate
to the context. If you want to see just the selected packages again you
just select View -> Selected again.
